Key Responsibilities

* Member Assistance: Interact with arenaflex members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist members with inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about healthcare plans, coverage, and benefits.

  • Issue Resolution: Work diligently to resolve members' issues, such as claims disputes, billing questions, or difficulties accessing care.
  • Educational Support: Provide valuable information and guidance to empower members to make informed healthcare decisions.
