Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.n tPost-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.n tTake advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries.n tHelp consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.nnRequirements:nBASIC REQUIREMENTSnn tA high school graduation or its equivalent; Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.n tProficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
