Team: Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe. Position Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to own and expand complex enterprise relationships. This role is built for a consultative seller who thrives in long-cycle, high-ACV deals and knows how to navigate executive buyers, cross-functional stakeholders, and rigorous enterprise buying processes. You’ll sell transformation and outcomes—not features—and partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer teams to drive durable customer value. What You’ll Do: Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, from net-new acquisition through expansion Run deep discovery to understand customer pain, success metrics, and decision criteria Build and manage mutual success plans aligned to executive priorities Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, security reviews, and procurement Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline management Act as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning the platform as mission-critical infrastructure Who You Are: 7–12+ years of experience in Enterprise or Strategic B2B SaaS sales Proven track record of closing $150K–$1M+ ACV deals Demonstrated success managing 6–12 month sales cycles Experience leading or co-owning POCs, pilots, and enterprise evaluations History of success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments Comfortable owning deals from initial discovery through procurement and close How you show up: What unites us is our values and the passion we share to live by them: We are customer champions. - You put users at the center of your thinking, advocate for their needs, and design solutions that make their lives measurably better.
