Legal AI Product Manager (Attorney) @ The Suite

Building the Future of Legal AI Empowering In-House Counsel with Peer-Driven Intelligence The Suite is seeking a Legal AI Product Manager (Attorney) to lead the evolution of Lloyd, our community-powered AI co-pilot for in-house legal teams. Lloyd is built on the Braintrust—a decade of peer discussions, vetted templates, outside counsel reviews, and benchmarking data from over 6,000 in-house legal leaders. Unlike other legal AI tools, Lloyd delivers peer-driven insights, answering not just “what do we usually do?” but “what does everyone else like us do?” In this role, you will be the primary user and architect of Lloyd’s system prompts, diagnosing and improving response quality, identifying content gaps, and rapidly iterating on features in close collaboration with engineering. You will ship code and design directly, run design partner programs, and translate member feedback into actionable product improvements. You will also drive go-to-market efforts, advocate for Lloyd across channels, and ensure the product remains at the forefront of AI advancements. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of legal experience spanning both big law and in-house roles, a proven track record of shipping AI skills, agents, or workflows, and a passion for building products that empower legal professionals. Strong written communication, high agency, and a community mindset are essential.
