Job Description

  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of supermarket construction projects.
  • Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address project challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
  • Support senior project managers in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Track project milestones and provide updates to management and clients as needed.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks to project timelines and budgets.

The Successful Applicant A successful Remote Assistant Project Manager should have:
