  • We're seeking top-notch Answering Service Agents to deliver exceptional support for our clients.
  • While you will primarily handle calls for one designated set of industries, you may also support other accounts to assist with overflow as needed.

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
  • Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
  • Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
  • Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
  • Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
  • Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
  • Live chat, SMS, and email support

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills and a keen attention to detail

  • * Pay Rate at Hire: $16.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
  • 4 Month Anniversary: $16.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
