The Disney Enthusiast Specialist is a passionate and knowledgeable individual dedicated to creating magical and unforgettable Disney-themed excursion experiences. This role is responsible for crafting and curating Disney-inspired excursions, ensuring that guests experience the enchantment of Disney in unique and immersive ways. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Excursion Design: Develop enchanting Disney-themed excursion itineraries, incorporating elements from Disney movies, characters, and stories to create unforgettable adventures.</li> <li>Guest Interaction: Interact with guests to understand their Disney preferences, interests, and expectations, tailoring excursions to their specific desires.</li> <li>Vendor and Partner Relations: Collaborate with excursion vendors and partners to secure access to exclusive Disney-themed locations, activities, and experiences.</li> <li>Logistics and Planning: Coordinate all aspects of excursions, including transportation, accommodations, dining arrangements, and special surprises, ensuring a seamless and magical journey.</li> <li>Storytelling: Infuse Disney magic into every aspect of the excursion, narrating stories, and creating immersive environments that transport guests into the Disney universe.</li> <li>Guidance and Interpretation: Serve as the Disney expert, providing insightful commentary, trivia, and behind-the-scenes knowledge for excursions.</li> <li>Quality Assurance: Ensure that every detail of the excursion meets the companies high standards of Disney; quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Guest Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve continuously and enhance the enchantment of Disney-themed excursions.</li> <li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of excursion details, including guest lists, expenses, and vendor agreements.</li> <li>Marketing and Promotion: Assist in promoting Disney-themed excursions, creating enticing marketing materials, and participating in promotional events.</li> </ul> <strong>Requirements</strong> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Must Be at least 18 YOA</li> <li>Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.</li> <li>Deep passion and enthusiasm for all things Disney, including movies, characters, and the Disney park experience.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Exceptional storytelling abilities, with the capacity to immerse guests in the Disney magic.</li> <li>Strong organizational and planning skills.</li> <li>Experience in excursion planning, tourism, or event management is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of Disney history, trivia, and lore is highly desirable.</li> <li>Willingness to stay updated on Disney-related news and developments.</li> <li>Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as excursions may require.</li> <li>A genuine commitment to delivering enchanting and memorable experiences to Disney enthusiasts.</li> </ul> Note: The Disney Enthusiast Enchanted Excursion Specialist is a unique and specialized role catering to the desires of Disney fans who seek magical experiences beyond the traditional theme park visits.
