Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Client Interchanges group. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights, developing and implementing data analysis strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of data analysis and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advanced Analysis and Insights: Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets, using advanced SQL and data table information to identify trends and patterns.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Champion the use of data-driven decision-making, developing and implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize channel performance.
- Data Governance: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Governance, providing guidance on data usage, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track channel performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, and influence business decisions.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree: In a technical discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or a related field with a quantitative focus.
- 3+ Years of Experience: In a data-intensive role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL and Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools, such as Google Sheets or Excel.
- Python Skills: Experience with Python programming is a plus.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, influence business decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
