Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide superb customer service to clients by responding to calls, emails, and chats with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful approach

  • Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and step-by-step guidelines
  • Data entry and examination within various computer applications, including our e-commerce platform (www.arenaflex.com)
  • Process and investigate orders/solicitations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great critical thinking skills, with the ability to adjust quickly to change and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
