Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a hybrid role, which means you will have the flexibility to work from home and our remote office, with a balance of 20-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
