Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. You will represent arenaflex's values while delivering solutions and guidance to new and loyal members. Key Responsibilities

* Act as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions

  • Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members
  • Assist members in managing their arenaflex membership, including upselling arenaflex products and services
  • Provide expert solutions and identify problems to ensure a great member experience
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor to ensure exceptional customer interactions

Role Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Open availability and weekends is a must
  • Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
  • The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title
