Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• Experience working in a work-from-home environment
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
