The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide top-notch service to our guests, from answering phone calls to resolving issues and making recommendations. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our menu, services, and promotions, as well as making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to make informed recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
