Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Handle High-Volume Calls:

You'll be responsible for handling an average of 50-60 calls per shift, working in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime.

Meet Performance Metrics:

You'll strive to exceed customer satisfaction, productivity, and other key performance metrics, as allocated by management.

Expertly Connect with Clients:

You'll build relationships with customers, listening actively to their concerns and providing empathetic solutions to resolve their issues.

De-escalate Client Concerns:

You'll use your conflict resolution skills to address customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and arenaflex.

Issue Resolution:

You'll utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach, often requiring creative solutions.

Be Educated and Adaptable:

You'll be proficient in using various software programs, tabs, devices, and screens to quickly and accurately answer customer questions.

Heighten Foundational Issues:

You'll identify areas for improvement and share insights with management to enhance the customer experience.
