Job Summary
We're urgently hiring for a Data Entry Specialist position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring WAN links for stability
- Monitoring routers, switches
- Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN
- Alerts and log monitoring
- Preventative Health Checks
- Incident Management
- Reporting
- Administering security and IAM
Training and Development
Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:
- Windows/Unix/Linux
- Active Directory
- Powershell and Bash
- Developer Tools
- Wireshark
- ServiceNow
- Network Appliances
- Load Balancers
- Routers/Switches
- Middleware, logs / alerts
- Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
- Network Monitoring Systems
- Network Diagnostic Commands
- Incident management tools
- ITSL Processes & Tools
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
- Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills.
- Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment.
