Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Nutiliti application to provide customers with information and support, including billing, regulations, payments, and functionality
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or resource, when necessary, to ensure seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Advanced English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
