Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. - 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations. - Proficiency in using computers and CRM software. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or hospitality. - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. - Knowledge of the airline industry and its services. - Certification in customer service or a related field.
