Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries and concerns. This position involves connecting with customers via phone, assisting them with filing claims and vehicle repairs, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where no two days are the same, allowing you to discover your potential and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents

  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
  • Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Essential Qualifications

* Active Adjuster Insurance License

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to type at least 25 wpm
  • Proficient in using desktop computer systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in insurance or a related field

  • Experience with claims processing and customer service software
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
