The Role
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone
- Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department to continually improve our processes and services
- Continually learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other tasks as required to support the growth and success of arenaflex
Experience Required
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar
- Experience with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, live chat
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer-centric, enthusiastic, and willing to get stuck into other tasks that may be required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus points for having your own cat or dog!

Shift Pattern
* Monday to Thursday/Friday
- 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily
