Content & Creator Program Manager - Japan 【Responsibilities】 Official Account Management: Lead the operation of Sky’s official Japanese social media accounts. This includes managing content scheduling and publishing, planning and executing online events for the Japan region, handling community interactions/replies, and monitoring public sentiment and data performance. Growth & Strategy: Align seasonal game content with platform-specific features to drive user growth. You will plan the marketing and social media strategy for each season and event, execute end-to-end campaigns, and perform integrated data analysis to provide insights for content optimization. UGC Operations: Manage User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies. Based on Sky’s unique brand identity and the characteristics of Japanese players, you will plan and implement creator incentive programs focused on new user acquisition. Creator Ecosystem (KOL/KOC): Oversee the management of KOLs, KOCs, and core creators. This includes handling incentives, content support, and Q&A, as well as establishing performance evaluation standards and content review SOPs. Event Support: Assist in planning exhibitions and offline events, including integrated social media PR strategies and player-focused content operations. 【Job Requirements】 Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of experience in Japan social media operations for live-ops games. Experience independently managing official accounts and creator ecosystems is a plus. Language & Aesthetics: Native or near-native Japanese proficiency with a strong aesthetic sense. You must be able to independently draft official Japanese announcements and copy. Project Management: Strong project management and team communication skills. You should be capable of driving decision-making in complex collaborative environments, proactively optimizing workflows, and standardizing content publishing processes. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the content tone and mechanics of various social platforms (X/Twitter, YouTube, Discord, LINE, TikTok, etc.). You should understand the preferences of Japanese players and have high sensitivity toward UGC trends. Game Knowledge: Deep experience with Sky: Children of the Light and a profound understanding of its world and mechanics is a must. コンテンツ＆クリエイター・プログラムマネージャー 【職務内容】 1.『Sky 星を紡ぐ子どもたち』日本公式SNSアカウント運営 ■PGCコンテンツの企画・スケジュール・投稿 ■日本向けオンラインキャンペーン の企画・運営 ■プレイヤーへのリプライおよびコミュニティマネジメント ■クチコミやレビューの収集・評価、データ分析を通じた改善提案 2.『Sky 星を紡ぐ子どもたち』オリジナルコンテンツの企画 ■シーズン内容と各SNSプラットフォームに踏まえて、新規プレイヤーの獲得を目的として日本オリジナルコンテンツを企画 ■SNSエンゲージメント強化のための施策 ■コンテンツデータの統合と分析による効果検証と改善提案 3.コミュニティにおけるUGCコンテンツの運営 ■ゲーム特性や日本のプレイヤー特性を踏まえ、クリエイティブ支援施策を企画・実行。 4.KOL／KOC／Troupe(Sky創造部)の運営 ■創作インセンティブ・コミュニケーション対応・評価基準およびコンテンツ審査SOPを構築・運用 5.オフラインイベントの企画サポート ■SNSプロモーションの計画立案 ■プレイヤー参加型コンテンツの運営 【求める経験・能力】 1.3〜5年程度の(海外)向け公式SNSアカウント運営経験 ※公式アカウントの管理やクリエイターとの協業経験がある方は優先 2.優れた日本語能力 ※日本語での文章力に優れ、公式アカウントでの投稿文を自ら作成できる方 3.高いプロジェクトマネジメント能力とチームコミュニケーション能力 複雑な協働体制の中でも意思決定を推進し、業務フローの改善やコンテンツ公開プロセスの標準化を主体的に行える 4.各種SNSプラットフォーム（X／YouTube／Discord／LINE／TikTok 等）の特性や利用傾向を理解、、日本のプレイヤーが好むコンテンツへの精通、UGCコンテンツへの高い感度。 5.『Sky 星を紡ぐ子どもたち』を深くプレイし、作品への理解をお持ちの方は優先。 #LI-Remote Apply To This Job
