Job Description
In this Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data across various platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities:
* Enter, update, and maintain data in our systems with a high level of accuracy
- Assist in data cleaning and validation processes, ensuring that all records are current and complete
- Generate reports from the data you manage, which will be used to inform decision-making processes across various departments
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project statuses and identify areas for improvement in our data management procedures
- Ongoing training to sharpen your skills and enhance your understanding of data management systems
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of data entry processes
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Slack
