Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Connect directly with customers who reach out to us for various reasons, from helping them find their new pet to resolving critical issues.

  • Conduct thorough examinations and issue resolution to provide suitable answers to customers, think proactively, and schedule follow-up calls as needed to ensure contact resolution.
  • Work with empathy, undivided attention, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, sharing feedback, receiving input, and working in a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners, your immediate supervisor, and other colleagues across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an engaging customer-driven culture of teamwork.

Requirements

* 2 years of customer service experience

  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation.
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., keep a phone conversation while browsing on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support our customers.
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization.
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a personal investigation.

Technical Requirements

* Workspace should be large enough to accommodate PC screens and be free from distractions, including any background noise that affects the customer experience.

  • Workspace suitable for webcam use.
  • A solid wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed). You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider. Candidates should meet and demonstrate this requirement.
  • You provide a reliable internet connection. We will provide all other equipment (PC, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam).
