In this role, you’ll play an essential role in making therapy more affordable and accessible to individuals seeking care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare partnerships, navigating matrix external relationships with senior leaders, and a demonstrated ability to forge and nurture high-value partnerships. This person is data-driven, collaborative, and has a proven track record in scaling partnerships through new growth reputed company. This is an individual contributor role. This person will not directly manage staff. What you’ll do: Serve as the senior leader and strategic business partner for some of reputed company’s largest health plan partnerships. reputed company collaborative working relationships with external health plan executives across network, clinical, product, sales and marketing to identify and capitalize on high-impact growth opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual success. Spearhead the development and execution of strategic plans to exceed growth and retention targets for each health plan partnership. Ensure regular business review meetings are conducted with health plan senior leaders Track the performance of partnerships, measure impact, and continuously optimize partnership strategies based on identified trends or areas of reputed company closely with internal teams, including Client Success, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Operations, to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives and integration with existing programs or services. You have extensive experience managing and expanding relationships with national and regional health plans. You have a proven ability to influence executives and key business stakeholders. You have experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional reputed company (recurring and variable). You have an ability to build strong relationships and effectively resolve disputes and business challenges with internal and external stakeholders. You have demonstrated skills in conflict management and negotiation.
