About the Role
Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of events? As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind sourcing, negotiating, and contracting incredible meetings and events for our clients. Juggle multiple programs, build relationships, and keep everything on track with your stellar organizational skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team! You’re Good At Sourcing and managing vendor relationships to deliver top-notch service at great prices. Negotiating contracts while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Keeping clients updated and engaged every step of the way. Navigating Cvent technology to manage meeting details and budgets efficiently. Collaborating with diverse teams to drive success in every event. You Might Also Have A Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of event sourcing experience. Experience managing outside vendors and negotiating contracts like a pro. Strong client management experience that keeps clients coming back for more. Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sourcing Manager is between $60,000 - $75,000.
