Job Description

Support on developing Container Engineering Portfolio with a high Customer focus.

• Plan and Build CI/CD Toolchains
• Support customer in cloud integration deployments

Review existing Toolchains *Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - (Ansible, Terraform, Crossplane)

• Declarative vs. Imperative IaC
• Secrets Handling
• Multi-Environment strategy

*GitOps & Declarative Delivery Modelle - (ArgoCD, Flux, Git)

• Git as Single Source of Truth
• Pull- vs. Push-Models
• Multi-Cluster GitOps Patterns

*Kubernetes & Plattform Engineering - (Kubernetes)

• Cluster-Architecture
• CNI / CSI / Ingress
• Multi-Cluster & Hybrid
• API-Extensions (CRDs, Operators)

*CI/CD & Toolchain-Architecture- (Jenkins, GitLAB)

• Pipeline Design Patterns

*Systemintegration in existing landscapes

• Integration in Legacy-Systems
• On-Prem ↔ Cloud Hybrid
• Understanding network topologies

*Cloud- & Hybrid-Architekturen

Qualifications

Experience & Skills Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture Strong architectural and systems thinking Experience in enterprise‑scale environments Ability to analyze and improve complex toolchains Customer‑focused mindset and consulting skills Fluent English (spoken and written)

Consulting or customer‑facing project experience Experience modernizing legacy systems Platform engineering or Internal Developer Platform (IDP) experience Architecture review or governance background Business German (spoken and written) Additional Information
