Job Description

Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Solutions Manager, the Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementations of Experian Health Solutions, overseeing the process from initial kick-off through successful transition and handoff. You'll have opportunity to: Participate in end-to-end implementation activities. Develop an understanding of Experian Health's product suite and apply best‑practice workflows. Facilitate requirements gathering, workflow mapping, configuration reviews, and user acceptance testing. Provide guidance on change management and process optimization. Collect and analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate the value and performance of deployed solutions. Recommend workflow improvements and best practices. Map existing processes and design optimized future-state workflows. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare back-end revenue cycle (payments and collections) 2+ years of project management experience. Knowledge of project management processes and documentation Prior experience delivering end‑user training, client education sessions, or workflow-based training in a healthcare or technology setting.
