Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
