Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure seamless shopping experiences
  • Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
