Job Title: Molecular Laboratory Sales Representative Location: Houston, (Greater Area), Dallas / Ft. Worth, Austin , Tyler, TX Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (OTE $90,000–$150,000+)

Position Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Molecular Laboratory Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive test volume growth. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare networks
• Promote molecular diagnostic testing services (e.g., PCR, respiratory panels, toxicology, genetic testing)
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Educate providers on test offerings, turnaround times, and clinical value
• Manage territory and meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with lab operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance, and payer guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (healthcare or laboratory sales preferred)
• Strong network within physician offices, urgent care, or hospitals is a plus
• Knowledge of molecular diagnostics or clinical laboratory services preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Existing book of business
• Experience selling PCR, toxicology, or genetic testing
• Familiarity with insurance billing and reimbursement processes
