- Solid experience building applications in Go (Golang).
- Comfortable working with typical web backends in Go (APIs, background workers, data processing, etc).
- Experience with relational databases and writing efficient queries (for example PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Familiar with Git / GitHub workflows: branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Experience working on online games, MMOs, or live service projects
- Experience with building systems, tooling, or performance optimization
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools and code review workflows
