Job Description

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest
  • Maintaining open communication with our teams to ensure timely and effective lead management
  • Collaborating with our recruitment team to source and hire top talent
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and lead management

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our teams

  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and hire top talent for caregiving positions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and lead management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with AidQuest and other stakeholders to ensure seamless lead management
  • Analyze and report on lead management metrics to inform business decisions and improve processes

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, lead management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in managing chat employment leads and collaborating with teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and report on lead management metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry

  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including chat employment lead management systems
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, English, etc.)
