Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in Rutherford College, NC. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers through phone, email, and chat interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service and sales

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer experience and sales
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
