Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide personalized support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or service-oriented environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
