Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, working closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional support and guidance to customers in Spanish, while also promoting arenaflex products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely solutions to their needs

  • Collaborate with customers to determine their requirements and preferences, and recommend the most suitable products and services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers, as needed
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment

  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
