Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Work Environment

Our Norwalk, CA location offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with:

  • Full-time hours: 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
  • Collaborative in-person setting with regular team events.

Compensation

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!
