We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Promotional Event Ambassadors. These roles are on-site at exciting events, where you'll have the opportunity to engage with consumers, build brand awareness, and contribute to a positive, energetic work environment.
What You'll Do
As a Promotional Event Ambassador, you'll be responsible for: - Interacting directly with consumers at promotional events to represent client brands and provide exceptional customer experiences - Providing product knowledge, service information, and campaign messaging to educate and engage consumers - Assisting in event setup, breakdown, and overall presentation of promotional displays to ensure a seamless and impactful experience - Learning and applying promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement, and contributing to team goals and objectives - Supporting a positive, energetic work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail, hospitality, or related fields - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with consumers and colleagues - A willingness to learn and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive results - A strong work ethic and a desire to grow into leadership over time
