Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, uncover new insights, and shape the future of our content portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Applying Advanced Analysis Methods: Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data and drive business decisions.
- Investigating Client Behavior: Analyze client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and new content opportunities.
- Predicting Content Engagement: Use predictive analytics to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions.
- Developing and Refining Content Launch and Episode Release Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content launch and episode release strategies.
- Testing Marketing Strategies: Design and execute experiments to test marketing strategies and improve engagement and retention.
- Ideating and Developing New Metrics and KPIs: Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis and Support: Provide specialized analysis and support to partners to drive business growth and innovation.
- Communicating Insights: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field: A strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science is essential for this role.
- At Least 3 Years of Data Analysis Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, including experience with data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI.
- Proficiency in SQL and Experience with R or Python: Strong programming skills, including experience with SQL, R, and Python.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis and AI Procedures: Experience with statistical analysis and AI procedures, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
- Proven Ability to Work Independently and Apply Creativity: The ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems is essential for this role.
- Excellent Data Storytelling Skills: Strong data storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate insights and recommendations through verbal, written, and visual communication.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field: A graduate degree in a related field can be beneficial for this role.
