Remote Admissions Support Representative (Florida Only)

Please note that only applicants residing in the state of Florida will be considered for this opportunity. As one of our customer service Gurus, you will be a director of first impression! You will primarily be making warm outbound calls to prospective students who made online inquiries to learn more about degrees in media, art, entertainment, business, technology, or Master's programs. We validate the student's interest and degree choice, then transfer the prospective student to the university's admissions team. If you enjoy talking to people and like to help others achieve their professional goals, you will feel right at home in this role. Our Full Time schedules offer Paid Time off and Health Benefits. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis with the opportunity to earn up to a $25 incentive per bi-weekly period for those scheduled to work on weekends. Training is paid. Requirements:
- Must have a dedicated work space, free from noise and distractions
- Minimum internet requirements of 20mbps download (screenshot of speed test submitted with resume)
- Experience in a call center is great but not mandatory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Dual Monitor proficiency (ability to work off of two screens, with multiple programs open)
- 35 WPM typing speed (minimum)
- Ability to commit to a 40 hour work week
Work From Home – How does it work? TOG will provide you with the equipment by mail. (The new hire equipment package includes: 2 Monitors, PC, Headset, Keyboard & Mouse) YOU provide the internet. We are looking for 20mbps speeds or greater– if you have a broadband connection you are good to go.
