Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through inbound phone support
• Offering solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience through a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Answering and placing calls in a professional manner
• Measuring call quality and productivity
• Focusing on "1st call resolution"
• Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Team Collaboration and Communication

Required Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Suite
• Typing speed of 45WPM
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

• Knowledge of the automotive industry (a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM software (a plus)
