Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through effective sales strategies and relationship-building techniques. You will work closely with our sales team and management to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to management and stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively articulate their value to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead qualification, lead conversion, and health checks
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Manage high-volume customer contacts through phone and email, with a focus on outbound communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer management system (CRM) records to ensure seamless communication and sales processes
  • Participate in sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity

  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas and goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling and phone sales
  • Ability to learn new technology and data quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a productive and organized workspace

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $32,600 - $49,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
