Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data entry issues, implement process improvements, and contribute to the development of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including patient and prescription information, using our pharmacy systems and software.

  • Identify and resolve data entry errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies, and implement process improvements to prevent future errors.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our data management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, with a focus on data entry and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience with pharmacy systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and customer service.

  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field, such as the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
  • Experience with data management systems, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
