Responsibilities

As a Virtual Helpline Chat/Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Providing prompt and friendly chat and email support to clients regarding software solutions. - Troubleshooting customer issues effectively and providing clear resolutions in a timely manner. - Documenting all client interactions and resolutions within the support ticketing system. - Educating clients on the features and functionalities of our software products. - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless support for clients. - Monitoring and following up on open support tickets to ensure closure and client satisfaction. - Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance support quality.
