Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that meets and exceeds our high standards. Your role will involve:
- Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Preparing and serving high-quality pizzas and other menu items within arenaflex's guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment that meets our high standards of quality and safety
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, in compliance with arenaflex's grooming standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and other menu items within arenaflex's guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets our high standards of quality and safety
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, in compliance with arenaflex's grooming standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Qualifications:
* A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers and providing exceptional customer service
- A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude
- You are at least 16 years of age
- Pass a Criminal Background check
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
