Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact with our customers. You'll be responsible for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring that all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Educating our customers on our products and services
  • Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
  • Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
  • Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
  • Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and team members
  • Performing other duties as instructed by management

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be honest and have integrity
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency is required
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
  • Work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
