Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Turbo Tax customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED.

  • One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
  • A telephone, landline or cell, is required based on the position offered.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment.

  • Knowledge of Turbo Tax products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer service tools.
