Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, providing them with accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with physician orders. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with patients via inbound and outbound manual calls, as well as outbound calls generated via our automated dialer system

  • Assess patient needs for additional products and services, and provide recommendations accordingly
  • Verify patient compliance with physician orders and address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Provide accurate information and education to patients regarding our products and services
  • Document calls in our computerized record-keeping system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Enter customer orders into our computerized system, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Verify and update demographic information, such as address and telephone number, in our computerized records
  • Read and analyze documents, such as patient orders, to ensure accurate processing
  • Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional patient care
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in the training of new employees, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed, ensuring accurate billing and processing

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

  • One to three months of related experience and/or training in a customer service or healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in computer entry and data management
  • Ability to meet any licensing requirements necessary for the specific location

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting

  • Familiarity with pharmacy prescription terminology and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
