  • Maintaining accurate records of chat interactions and resolutions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by being friendly, patient, and helpful

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a live chat or customer service role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
