Your Role as a Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting every customer with a warm smile and eye contact, setting the tone for a positive interaction
• Acknowledging every waiting customer as soon as they arrive, letting them know you'll be right with them
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently, while engaging customers in conversation and building rapport
• Helping customers by following proper procedures for bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to answer customer questions and resolve issues
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
• Cash handling experience, with a preference for retail experience
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills
• A willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
