What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
• Analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Managing notices in various job portals and evaluating candidate applications
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes
• Collaborating with multicultural teams to achieve our recruitment goals

Heres What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. If you have:

• 1+ years of previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English language skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
