Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through courteous, friendly, and efficient service
• Registering sales on assigned cash register and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
• Implementing arenaflex asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
• Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
• Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
• Complying with all arenaflex policies and procedures and maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment

• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
